1. Who we are

2. What we collect

• Order and quote details — the builds and sizes you select, your name, phone number, email address, and the shipping or delivery address needed to get freight to you.
• Artwork you send us — if your build is laser-engraved with a ranch or company logo, we keep that file so repeat orders match the first one.
• Messages you send — email and text conversations about a build, a quote or a delivery.
• Payment information — card and billing details are entered directly with our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.

3. Cookies and site measurement

The site uses cookies and browser storage for the things it cannot work without — remembering what is in your cart and quote list between pages. We may also use standard web analytics to understand which builds people look at, in aggregate. We do not use this information to identify you personally, and we do not sell it.

4. Text messages (SMS)

If you give us your mobile number and agree to texts, we may send you messages about your order — build status, freight scheduling, delivery windows — and, if you separately opt in, occasional shop updates.

Giving us a phone number on its own is not consent to receive text messages. We only text you if you tick the consent box next to the phone field. That box is never pre-ticked, and the form submits either way — you can request a quote without ever agreeing to texts.

No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party. Information may be shared only with the service providers that help us deliver the messages, and only for that purpose.

5. Who else sees your information

Only the companies that make the order happen: our online store and payment processor, the freight carrier bringing your build to you, and the email or messaging services we use to reach you. Each one gets only what it needs for that job. We do not sell customer information, and we do not rent or trade contact lists.

6. How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as needed for warranty, tax and accounting purposes. Engraving artwork is kept until you ask us to delete it. Marketing contact details are kept until you unsubscribe.

7. Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — call or email using the contacts in §1 and we will handle it. You can unsubscribe from email at any time using the link in any message, and stop texts by replying STOP.

8. Children

This is a ranch and hunting equipment shop. The site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
