Aluminum Outfitters
Terms of Service
Last updated August 2, 2026
These terms cover buying from Aluminum Outfitters — online or over the phone. Everything we sell is welded to order in New Caney, Texas, and that shapes most of what follows.
1. Who you are buying from
Aluminum Outfitters, 19363 FM 1485, New Caney, TX 77357. (281) 787-3039 · sales@aluminum-outfitters.com. Placing an order means you accept these terms.
2. Everything is built to order
We are a fabrication shop, not a warehouse. When you place an order, your build goes into the queue and is cut, welded and engraved for you. Build time depends on the size of the build and what is ahead of it in the shop — we will tell you where yours stands when you order, and you can call any time to check.
3. Prices
Prices shown are for the build itself, in US dollars, and do not include freight or tax. Some items — oversize and fully custom work — are priced to order rather than listed; those are quoted directly. Prices can change as material costs change, but the price you were given at the time you ordered is the price you pay.
4. Freight and delivery
Shipping is quoted separately after checkout — it is never included in the price on the site. These are large welded aluminum builds, and freight depends entirely on where they are going. Once your order is placed we work out the freight to your address and send that as a separate invoice before anything ships. You are free to arrange your own pickup or hauler instead; plenty of customers do.
Please inspect your build when it arrives. If something was damaged in transit, tell us and the carrier right away — that is a freight claim and it has a short clock on it.
5. Engraving and artwork
If your build carries a ranch or company logo, you are telling us you have the right to use that artwork. We engrave what you send. We keep the file so later orders match, and we will delete it whenever you ask.
6. Warranty
Our aluminum products carry a lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship — if a weld or the metal itself fails, we stand behind it. That covers the build, not normal wear, not damage from accident, misuse, modification or livestock, and not moving parts supplied by other manufacturers, which carry their own warranties. Call the shop and we will sort it out.
7. Changes, cancellations and returns
Because each build is made for you, we cannot restock it the way a catalog retailer can. If you need to change or cancel an order, call us as soon as you can — if it has not been cut yet, that is usually straightforward. Once material has been cut or engraved for your order, changes may not be possible.
If something is wrong with what you received, call us. We would rather hear about it and fix it than have you sitting on a build you are not happy with.
8. Using this site
The photography, product descriptions and page designs here belong to Aluminum Outfitters. Please do not copy them for another business. We try to keep every price, size and specification on this site accurate; if an obvious error appears, we will contact you before charging or building rather than hold you to a mistake.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Related: our Privacy Policy.
